Moment is a meditation and mindfulness application that provides timed meditation sessions, journaling capabilities, and personal progress tracking. The app is designed to support your meditation practice but is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Acceptable Use

Moment is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Meditation guidance provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
